What makes Lustre hair different?

We source premium Virgin Burmese and Raw Vietnamese hair, curated for softness, longevity, and a naturally undetectable blend. Our focus is health-first beauty. Minimal tension, maximum confidence.

What are Seamless Clip-Ins?

They’re lightweight, flat-root clip-in extensions designed to lay smooth against your scalp for an effortless, natural blend. No bulk. No tension. No commitment.

How long do clip-ins and wigs last?

With proper care, 2–3 years. Our hair is 100% human hair that can be pressed, curled, colored and reused for years.

Can I wear clip-ins every day?

Yes. It is recommended to remove them before bed. They’re ideal for work, events, gym-friendly styling, and protective styling days.

Are your wigs glueless?

Yes. Our U-Part Wigs and select custom wigs are designed for tension-free, glue-free installs.

ORDERING + PROCESSING

How long does processing take?

  • Clip-Ins & Bundles: 3-4 business days

  • Custom Wigs: 5-7 business days (depending on construction)

During sales or holiday periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Can I modify an order after placing it?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us immediately at contact@lustrehairco.com with your order number.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time.

SHIPPING

Which carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the order size and destination.

How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 2–4 business days

  • International: 4–8 business days

Shipping time does not include processing time.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

Not at the moment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions and wigs are final sale.
We cannot accept returns on used, opened, or altered hair.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need help choosing the right length, texture, or origin before placing an order, please reach out. We’re happy to guide you so you get the perfect match the first time.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us photos within 24 hours at contact@lustrehairco.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

No. All products are final sale.

WIGS + CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you offer custom wigs?

Yes. You can choose length, origin, texture, and wig style all on one product page.

Are custom wigs returnable?

No. All products are final sale.

Can I request custom coloring?

Yes. Custom coloring is available at an additional fee.

CLIP-INS FAQ

How many sets do I need?

  • Natural fullness: 1 set

  • Maximum fullness: 2 sets

  • Short natural hair to blend: 2 sets recommended

Can I sleep in them?

We do not recommend sleeping in clip-ins. This preserves both the hair quality and your natural hair.

Can I wash my clip-ins?

Yes. Shampoo gently in lukewarm water, condition thoroughly and air dry.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?
